Job description

As the eCommerce Program Manager at Stanley Create, you are responsible for the entire personalization process, from ideation to execution and ongoing optimization, with a focus on the personalization service within their Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) operations. This includes managing product selection for personalization, overseeing the technical aspects of personalization, collaborating with marketing on promoting personalized products, and continuously analyzing performance to identify areas for improvement. You will act as the central point of contact for all things personalization, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for the customers.

In this role, you collaborate closely with a variety of teams, including:

  • E-commerce: Working together to integrate personalization options seamlessly into the online platform and optimize the customer journey.
  • Marketing: Collaborating on targeted campaigns and promotions to drive awareness and sales of personalized products, including email marketing and paid advertising strategies.
  • IT: Partnering with the IT team to maintain and enhance the Spectrum software—the online personalization tool—and ensure its smooth operation.
  • Logistics: Coordinating with the logistics teams to manage inventory, oversee the personalization process in external warehouses, and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of personalized orders.
  • Global Create Team: Working closely with the global counterparts to share best practices, align strategies, and leverage their expertise in product personalization.
  • Product Development & Commercial Teams: Contributing to discussions on product suitability for personalization, considering factors such as cost, volume, and market demand.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Leading the execution of the Stanley Create personalization program in EMA and owning its success;
  • Aligning roadmaps, processes and innovations with the Global Create teams;
  • Working with IT on platform optimization and with Customer Service to improve the customer experience related to personalized products;
  • Managing forecasts, timelines, and budgets allocated to the personalization program;
  • Closely collaborating with the CRO/UX lead on consumer behavior, conduct A/B tests and optimizing conversion opportunities;
  • Building synergies and aligning strategy with the B2B corporate gifting activities;
  • Monitoring KPIs and reporting performance to management, providing key insights and recommendations;
  • Staying up to date on the latest trends and technologies in the field of product personalization and exploring opportunities to expand beyond the current offerings;
  • Conducting regular quality control checks on the personalization process and finished products, identifying and resolving any issues;
  • Managing the inventory of personalized products, analyzing bestsellers, and identifying opportunities to promote specific items;
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with external partners involved in the personalization and fulfillment process.

About the team: 
The eCommerce Merchandising Specialist EMEA will report directly to the eCommerce Manager. The team is made up eight other collegues, with four direct collegues in the D2C webshop team (CRO/UX Specialist, Performance Specialist, Customer Succes Manager, Merchandising Specialist).

Who are you?

You are an enthusiastic and driven eCommerce Program Manager with a passion for product personalization. You are a leader, innovator, and problem-solver with a data-driven approach. You have a growth mindset and are proactive in seeking improvements. And most importantly, you excel in project management.

Furthermore, you have:

  • 3+ years of experience in e-commerce project management with a focus on product personalization;
  • Knowledge of platforms such as Shopify and Salesforce, and personalization tools;
  • Knowledge of print-on-demand, engraving, and related technologies;
  • Strong project management skills (experience with Asana or Jira is a plus);
  • Analytical ability to interpret data and improve the customer experience;
  • Fluent English (other European languages are a plus).

What more does this job offer you?

  • A job for 32 - 40 hours;
  • Competitive salary €63.000 - €80.000 a year (including holiday allowance);
  • Bonus of 10%, based on organisation and personal performance;
  • Contract will be 1 year definite with 1 month probation period and intention after this one year for an indefinite period;
  • 25 holidays;
  • €3 a day work from home allowance;
  • €80 per month phone contributions (this means you can decide yourself how you set up your work phone);
  • Commuting allowance, they encourage to take public transportation as they don’t have parking space nor do they reimburse parking cost. With public transport full coverage of cost;
  • Pension – own contribution of 5%, the rest is contributed by the company. The contribution is age related; 
  • And of course, an attractive employee discount.
